With 50 years’ experience in the real estate sector, family business Gertler Estates develops diverse building projects in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main metropolitan region. Building management is another task that we execute with similar care and attention. As a “small office with big muscles”, we use our many years of experience to focus on expansion into central locations, with the aim of actively developing our existing real estate portfolio. The Gertler family was one of the founders of Eschborn and owns a large building stock, as well as extensive land reserves, in the business town.

For over 50 years, location and project development have been our passion. Gertler Estates is a family-run business, and one of the most experienced developers in the Rhine-Main region. This entrepreneurial family was also one of the founders of the business hotspot Eschborn, where it commands a large stock of buildings and extensive land reserves.
We call upon this very same expertise in the administration, management and day-to-day running of our buildings. For tenants, this means smooth interactions and a personal touch, from signing the contract to everyday business.

Project development has been Gertler Estates’ core area of business right from the beginning. Our focus spans from high-quality, innovative office and business properties to business quarters in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main metropolitan region. Of special significance to us is the development of Eschborn, in which we have played an active role for over 50 years.
In the past five years alone, we have built approximately 30,000 m2 of office and commercial space in the town, with over 50,000 m2 to be created by 2024.
Working closely with well-respected architect’s offices and design studios, we develop contemporary, user-tailored concepts and bring them to life with high-quality architecture. All while keeping our sights on sustainability criteria, pursuing holism and efficiency, consulting with government and business, and most of all, enjoying what we do.
